When you book a call
Booking is handled by Cal.com. They collect your name, email, timezone and the answers you give on the booking form, so I know who I am speaking to and when. I use it only to arrange and prepare for the call.
When you email or message me
I keep the conversation so I can remember what we discussed.
If you or your child becomes a student
I keep the student's first name and age, notes on what we have covered, and contact details. Nothing more. I don't share it with anyone, and I don't use it for anything except teaching.
If you create an account on this site
Existing families can sign in to see booking links. That stores your email address and the times you signed in. Sign-in emails are sent by my mail provider. Nothing else is collected.
Analytics

How long I keep things
Enquiries that don't become lessons: deleted within twelve months. Student records: kept while you or your child is learning with me, and for twelve months after.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will do it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
